Our signature class is Gorilla Motion. During this course we fuse an immersive, authentic JUNGLE experience with the principles of functional training. You’ll have an immersive experience and explore the movements and training techniques focused on strength, agility and mobility that are practiced by majestic primates – gorillas – in their natural habitat.
